Introducing Water Tots - Year 2!
Water Tots - Last year was such a hit, we're back with Water Tots for 2014.  This is a swim program for your youngest swimmer.  Classes are available for all ages through 4 years old.  The focus for the youngest of tots is to gain confidence and comfort in the water (Water Tots 1 ages 0 - 2) with the introduction of basic skills for the older tots (Water Tots 2 ages 3 - 4).  Each child must have an adult in the water with them at all times.

Introducing Adult Water Aerobics
Water Aerobics- An adult-geared water fitness program.  All adults are welcomed to participate.  The focus will be on deep-water aerobics, involving stretching, strength training, and aerobic exercise.  Perfect for adults who want to enjoy the water and move around while kids are in lessons.

Sailing and Canoe/Kayak lessons are also being offered during all sessions.  Participants must be at least 8 years old and must pass a 10 minute swim test fully dressed (shoes, socks, long pants, long shirt) which will be administered prior to the start of the lessons.  The cost for sailing lessons is $TBD and the cost for canoeing/kayaking lessons is $TBD.

Note: Beach Parking Stickers are required to park at the beach at any time.  The sticker costs $40 and is available to Harvard residents only.  Click here for more details on obtaining a beach sticker.
